This is a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive, recovery-focused integrated primary and mental health care and substance abuse rehabilitation services.
Their outpatient services are offered on a voluntary outpatient basis to adults and children at a total of 24 sites, including four outpatient centers (located in Paramus, Fair Lawn, Hasbrouck Heights, and Montclair), ten residential facilities, offices at three local hospitals, and seven community offices, all conveniently located throughout Northern New Jersey.

Family Support Organization of Bergen County
The New Jersey Department of Children and Families, Division of Children’s System of Care serves children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral health care challenges and their families. CSOC is committed to providing these services based on the needs of the child and family in a family-centered, community-based environment.
Bergen’s Promise
Bergen's Promise is the designated Care Management Organization (CMO) for Bergen County, New Jersey.
They serve youth ages 5 to 21, with serious behavioral health challenges, substance abuse issues and developmental disabilities.
Youth with chronic co-occurring behavioral and specific medical health issues will also be served through an enhanced medical care coordination component. The goal of this additional support is the joint coordination of wellness promotion with behavioral health care management.
Division of Family Guidance
Bergen County's Division of Family Guidance provides clinical, residential, educational, correctional, case management, and monitoring services to at-risk children, adolescents, and families, particularly those who are otherwise unable to receive needed services. It is Bergen County's resource for youth and families in need.
Juvenile Family Crisis Intervention Unit (JFCIU): a 24/7 program which manages conflicts between adolescents and parents, and addresses situations involving endangered juveniles, runaways, and truants. Call 201-336-7360.
Adolescent and Family Treatment (AFT): an outpatient therapy program which offers consultation, counseling, and therapy services to youths and families without insurance or access to services
Children's After-School Treatment Services (CATS): an activity-based, therapeutic after-school program designed to help improve the social skills of elementary and middle school-aged children
Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST): a federal "blueprint" program that addresses the needs of juveniles with severe behavioral problems by providing intensive in-home family therapy
