Sixth Grade Overview
While we have moved away from the typewriter, keyboarding skills are still incredibly valuable. Throughout the year the students will continue practicing these skills with the program Type To Learn 4. They will also receive lots of real world practice when typing up their 6th Grade Memoirs. Another major focus is Digital Citizenship which in this age group is of great importance! Details about all of the projects can be found right here on the 6th grade page and also in the students' Google Classroom account. If you ever want to check up on your child's assignments have them log in to their Google Classroom. If there are ever any questions or concerns please feel free to email me.
