This is Ms. Cuomo's 13th year of teaching. Before working at Highland, she worked in the Fort Lee School District. She graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in Special Education and certified in Elementary Education, as well. She further graduated from Walden University with a Master's degree in Reading and Literacy. She has worked with a diverse group of students with varying levels and abilities. Ms. Cuomo works with the 6th-grade teachers to support her students in class.
In her spare time, Ms. Cuomo enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters. She also loves going to the beach in the summer and exercising throughout the year. 
Ms. Cuomo feels fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful community here in Midland Park!
