During the first quarter students will be picking a constellation and creating a research project based on their findings. The end result will be either a PowerPoint presentation or a Publisher brochure. The students will choose which of these will best suit their needs. During this time we will use books in the library with Ms. Carr and Internet sources in the Computer Lab. We will discuss the importance of evaluating websites and avoiding plagiarism. Students will be encouraged to find the many legends and myths about their constellations which is always very interesting!
